Elderly Housing Management, Inc. (EHM) is a nonprofit property management organization dedicated to ensuring safe, affordable, and well-maintained housing for older adults and people with disabilities. EHM manages 68 independently owned affordable housing communities across Connecticut and Massachusetts, supporting residents through high-quality housing operations, compliance oversight, and resident-focused services. Our work is grounded in the belief that housing is a human right and that stable housing is essential to dignity, health, and community well-being.
EHM remains committed to innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in affordable housing. As the needs of older adults and people with disabilities continue to evolve, we are focused on forward-thinking solutions that support both residents and the workforce that serves them.

Recent Accomplishments:

EHM has also advanced resident support initiatives by strengthening service coordination practices and deepening partnerships with local service providers, ensuring residents can age safely and independently in their homes.
