Recharge…Then Get Ready
I hope everyone is enjoying the summer and finding a little time to relax with family and friends.
For those in the nonprofit world, that’s often easier said than done. There always seems to be another meeting, another event, another grant deadline, or another problem that needs attention. Taking a break to recharge isn’t a luxury—it’s an important part of staying energized and effective.
At the same time, the world isn’t slowing down.
Technology is changing the way we work at an incredible pace. Artificial Intelligence is transforming everything from fundraising and marketing to human resources, finance, communications, and day-to-day operations. New tools and ideas seem to emerge every week, creating both opportunities and challenges for nonprofit leaders.
The organizations that will thrive over the next several years won’t necessarily be the biggest or the best funded—they’ll be the ones that are willing to learn, adapt, and embrace new ways of accomplishing their mission.
That’s one of the reasons I’m so excited about this year’s Building Bridges Nonprofit Conference.
